All products sold on SheetLabs are digital products delivered electronically.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Delivery Issues

If you experience:

  • A failed payment but no access received, or

  • A technical issue preventing access to the product

Please contact us at hello@sheetlabs.io within 48 hours, and we will resolve the issue or re-deliver the product.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

  • Permanent access revocation

  • Blacklisting from future purchases

Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a non-refundable digital product

  • You waive any right to refunds once access is granted
