By accessing or using the SheetLabs website or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

SheetLabs sells digital spreadsheet templates (“Products”). Delivery is instant via email/download.

3. Payment

All prices are displayed with applicable taxes included (for domestic buyers). International buyers pay in foreign currency with applicable zero-tax export rules.

4. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use digital templates for personal or business use.
You cannot resell or redistribute products.

5. Refunds

Refer to our Refund Policy (below). Digital goods are non-tangible; certain restrictions apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, assets, and templates are owned by SheetLabs. You agree not to copy or claim authorship.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with services

• Upload harmful content

Products are provided “as is”. We make no warranties about results.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law
